Store Policy

Below you can find the return policy for the Quantum Energy Institute's online store:

• First, please contact us at support@quantumenergyinstitute.com for returns. You must be in contact with us before any return can occur.

• Products cannot be returned once the label and seal are broken/opened.

• If products were not opened and the seal is in tact and were purchased within a 14 day period, credit or a refund may be issued.

• If a return falls within the 14 day period, return shipping cost is not covered by the Quantum Energy Institute, L.L.C., and must be paid by the customer. Wait until you have confirmation from us to continue with the return shipping.

• Returns must be sent to:

• Once we receive the returned items, we will initiate the reimbursement. This may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.

• If products were not opened but purchased longer than a 14 day period, no refund can be performed.

• If products were damaged during shipping (broken glass, leaking, etc), you must contact support immediately at support@quantumenergyinstitute.com. Photo evidence of the damage must be sent via email, and from there, it can be evaluated for a return or exchange. All damage reports must be made within 3 business days of receipt of package delivery. 

• All sales are final for any downloaded media, like e-books, mp3s, PDFs, or other digital material. No refund available.
